My Journey

Dec 2024

Hi,

My name is Stephanie, and I love life.

To put it simply.

From a young age, I was often called an “old soul.” While I wasn’t entirely sure what that meant, I couldn’t help but wonder: What wisdom could I possibly have if that were true?

I would often find myself spontaneously offering insights about life, love, mindset, and spirituality—words that flowed effortlessly, seemingly out of nowhere. These moments felt natural, yet profound. I wouldn’t remember what I had said afterward, but I often wished I could. Deep down, I knew I needed to hear and embody the very advice I was offering.

Sharing these messages always brought me a sense of peace and fulfillment, creating a soulful connection with those around me. Looking back, I now realize this ability was a gift I carried all along—though, at the time, I simply thought I was “just being me” in a world I longed to feel more connected to.

The Early Struggles

As a child, teen, and young adult, I struggled deeply with self-worth. I felt isolated and disconnected, craving connection and belonging but unsure how to find it. Anxiety, depression, and negative self-talk consumed me. I judged myself harshly, convinced I wasn’t enough or worthy of love, friends, or joy.

I sought validation from others—searching for someone to affirm that I was lovable, worthy, and extraordinary. Yet, this longing left me feeling even more disconnected from myself. How could I possibly be wise if I didn’t love or trust myself? If I didn’t feel worthy of receiving the gifts of life?

I believed wisdom required “living”—and I felt I hadn’t lived at all.

Following My Intuition

Everything began to shift when I was around 13 or 14 years old. Something within me sparked, and for the first time, I decided to follow my intuition.

Year by year, I grew more connected to myself. I began to listen—really listen—to my inner thoughts, feelings, and the subtle signals from my body and soul. Bit by bit, I worked to quiet the negativity within me, letting my inner light shine through the dullness I had carried for so long.

I learned to put myself first. I practiced gratitude—for my body, my heart, and my spirit. I slowly began to reshape my experience, one thought at a time, cultivating a more loving and compassionate relationship with myself.

Through this journey, I realized the wisdom I had always been searching for was already within me—rooted in my soul, my body, and my heart.

The Shift

This realization created a profound shift in my life. I began to feel supported and guided, as if blessings from the universe were raining down, connecting me to the loving energy of life itself.

It was during this time that I discovered Reiki—a practice that deepened my journey of self-love and connection. Through Reiki, I explored the powerful energy of the universe, experiencing love expanding within me and radiating outward into every aspect of my life. Reiki reconnected me with the truth I had long ignored: my purpose is to be of love, reconnect others to this energy of love and light, within and beyond.

Creating Space for Healing

Today, I am honored to create spaces where others can relax, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Through Reiki and heart-centered practices, I guide others to trust in life, embrace the present moment, and awaken the radiant energy within them.

My journey has taught me that we all carry wisdom, love, and light within us—it simply takes a willingness to listen, to trust, and to open ourselves to the beauty of life.

If you’re ready to reconnect with your inner wisdom, I invite you to join me on this path of healing, self-love, and soulful connection. Together, we can create a world filled with more love, light, and radiant energy.

With love always,

Stephanie
