  • Pick your intention

    What would you like this crystal to help you with? What are you looking to get out of this experience?

    Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual.

    Common: Emotional balance, Protection, Clarity, or Self-love, Manifesting, Abundance, Confidence, Wisdom, Health.

  • Find your crystal

    The one (or few) that resonates with you, your needs, your energy.

    Find a crystal by going to a spiritual store. Ask for guidance from your highest self to find your crystal/s. You will notice that some stand out a lot easier than others and their meanings resonate with you.

    They don’t have to be large to make an impact, the smallest tumble or point is just as powerful as the biggest.

    Some shapes of crystals also impact the way the energy is channeled (We will get to that later). All shapes are fantastic so choose what you love!

  • Ask for permission

    Getting approval from the crystal’s energy to use it for your intended purpose.

    Crystals would like to collaborate with you so inviting it into your vision allows it to strongly resonate with you.

  • Cleanse and Clear Energy

    Removing absorbed or residual energies from the crystal allow it to be open and receptive to your intention. It is important to do this regularly if you are working with your crystal daily.

    Use methods of: Reiki, Putting them in the Earth, Water Baths (not for suitable for some), Smoke Cleansing (incense, palo santo, white sage), Sound Healing (bowls/bells/forks), Under the Moonlight

  • Program and Connect

    To align your crystal with your intention. Sit with your crystal to program it, ask for its guidance and say Thank You.

    Allow your mind to fill with your intention, sitting with the feeling of having your intention manifest into your present.

    Ask the crystal to align and enhance this experience for you.

    Feel the power of the crystal within your visions and feelings and embrace it. Once you feel the programming is complete, say Thank You.

    Carry it with you in the Moments you would like the Enhancement.
